I’ve been pretty hush-hush about my weight loss journey. I think that’s because if I fail, no one will notice, and if I succeed, then go me? :P

I lost 5-6 pounds over the past few months, but it’s crazy how a few days can really mess up any progress. So now, I feel like I’m back at square one.

Why do all this? A few years ago, I just stopped giving a crap about my health and my life. I made a big mistake and just stopped caring. I gained about 20+ pounds and just felt even worse about myself. I’ve been struggling trying to be healthier for a few month, but I kept going back to bad habits. Now it’s time to be more proactive about it.

This month of May I’m really going to focus all my energy on living a healthier lifestyle. Sure, I’ll have some foreseen slips (aka PCN dinner and Kasama dinner), but at least I’ll have control when those times arrive. And c’mon, we all know a healthy lifestyle doesn’t mean depriving one from all things that are freakin’ delicious. It’s time to take care of myself. Just gotta keep focused!
